Big Rip Off

This company keeps sending us material we did not order and charging us $189 that we did not authorize. We called them and received no refund, while they kept charging our card for other 3 months. Thanks to them we had overdraft charges and were forced to cancel our debit card to avoid other charges.
It was difficult to contact their customer service, and they suddenly hung up on calls in the middle of your inquiry. Even the first trial period and free cds do not exist, they are an excuse so that they can get your card number and do what they want. Their refund policy is ridiculous, and they do not even cancel the membership after you have called them a million times. They tell you that everything is cancelled and that you will not be charged anything more and will receive the money back, but it is untrue. Months have passed and nothing was received.
