I paid them $1,000 and have not heard back from them - it has been three months

I was told that someone would keep me informed of my status. I never received a call in three months. I called them to before my 90 days were up and told them I was disappointed and wanted to cancel. They said I could not cancel.

I thought we paid for a life time listing - she said we paid for a 90 day listing. If I would not have called today - it would not be listed anymore. I told her I would never have paid $1,000 for 90 days.

No one has contacted me since I paid them. I was also told for sure it would rent or sell. The only reason they dont is if when we are called we dont get back to them.

Well I never was called. We have Bluegreen Resort listed with them to rent and Rivera Maya listed with them to sell.

I want my money back and want to cancel out on this. As far as I am concerned it is a rip off.
