I bought a mens ring from bidz in feb for my wedding day, put ring up for safe keeping for the special day and then finally put it on. 2 weeks after putting the ring on the center diamond popped out and got lost. Talked to the LIVE IDIOT on the web and the first one immidiatly dissappeared and retried and finally talked with someone and was told that bidz does not do returns after 15 days. Called the actuall 1800 number got a REAL IDIOT and was ruddly told that i did not purchase insurance so that is my loss. No not my loss, your loss of buisness for the way i was talked to. This is sad that the ring was bought for a special day and 2 weeks later the ring might as well look better in the junk drawer than on my finger. I will never do buisness with this company again and even if i was asked to return the ring for exchange i probally would be better off pawning it in after reading all the complaints from this company. Looks like im in the long line of disgruntled customers, if bidz gives a damn about customer service then they can contact me at gcpntball@yahoo.com
