Ripped off!

I attended this school in 2005 and although we had a great teacher, i got scammed with this loan. I was supposed to receive help finding a job after graduation, got help once, then was supposed to return to get more help and "placed". That's when I noticed they were closed down. What happens to all of us who got these loans and certifications that we can't use.
It seems that those that received a certification from this school or even just graduated from there cannot get employment. Someone has to help! Please!
