100% UN-Satisfaction! - Misleading Website

The site looked great. Said "100 percent satisfaction guaranteed" and had all these happy customer reviews. I worried about the reputation of New York dealers, but I thought the reviews were legit. Maybe they were. Who knows.

So, the price was good. (Not great, just good.) The shipping seemed within reason. Site said "Ships within 24-48 hours". I ordered on Dec 15th. Plenty of time for Christmas, right?

It is now December 30th and I've canceled my order because when I e-mailed asking what was going on, (On December 26th!) I got an auto-generated email. It was a "Go to our site" message, which I ignored for a few days because I mistook it for a "We got your email, we'll get back to you" message.

When I didn't get a follow up, I checked out the first one. NOW they say my item is back ordered and won't be shipped for another 10 to 15 days!

Merry Christmas Mom. Grrrr.
