Never ordered from them, charged my account, refuse to resolve issue!

I received charges from this company on my credit card, however never made any purchase from them or received any products.initially thought someone stole my card, however after days of dealing with this company, I feel they somehow got my information and just charged my card hoping I wouldn't notice! When I called the company, i was greeted on numerous calls by representatives who could not speak or understand English. I spent 2 days being transferred to other "supervisors" who could not help me. They gave me a fax # to fax information in writing to a "manager"-but the number was not even in service! I have been left on hold for an average of 20 minutes per call and even hung up on several times! I was disgusted to see how many other people have problems with this so called company-why are they still in business??
