Ripoff consumer fraud - They treat their customers like common trash., Dallas

This is one of the most appalling companies I have ever came across. I have never recieved the duplicate title, registration, or any othe legal document to the vehicle that I purchased.

I recently lost my husband in early April, MY vehicle was suppose to have credit life and disabilty, now auto one is saying that I don't have the coverage, also when I purchased the vehicle I was led to believe that it was a 2000 only to find out recently that it is actually a 1999 even though the contract states its a 2000 they also continue to tell me I am @ least 2 pymts behind when i have sent them proof that they are incorrect.
They continue to harass me @ home and @ work, there has to be some kinda of legal action taken against lenders who treat there customers like common trash they are RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, extremley poor customer service, And nothing more than common THIEVES.
