Robert cohen of CCI has been calling me upwards of 10 times a day. Each call makes it sound as if he is going to come here and try to break my knee caps in order to fill his quota. I told him I am filing for bankruptcy sand they advised me to cancel future payments on this and refer him to them. He said, "whats that gotta do with this" I then told him I was not going to speak with him anymore and referred him to my attorney, which is what I have been told to do.

I was also told after he has been referred he can no longer contact me. He called 10 more times from 2 different numbers before calling from a private number over 5 more times. He then called my mother and slandered me to her asking questions like, "whats up with your daughter? Has she she lost it." when my mother told him not to bother her with his threats he said the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Her number is not on any of my forums.

I do not know how he obtained it but he continued to call her 4 more times until she told him it was harassment. He is very threatening in the manor he talks and very abusive. He said he would personally take my house if I did not pay. Even when i was paying he took out WAY more than the agreed upon amount. I know with tomorrow being Monday, he is going to start up again. I want this harassment to stop.

I am not working and had to apply for aid and file bankruptcy, but he is still threatening to come here and take my house. He uses threats and intimidation. Bankston is the one that messed up the deal not me, I have the paperwork to prove I don't even owe the money, I was just paying to get him to stop calling, but I have had it now. This man is psycho and talks with a thick new york accent. He acts like he is going to break you knee caps.
