GOJI POWER CAPSULES product was returned and they did not want to refund my money Phoenix

I was charged for automatically charged for two supplies of "GojiPower" capsules, to my credit card. One of the packages was refused and returned in the original packaging for which they did refund my money less a "restocking" fee, which is somewhat ridiculous. And to no avail, i returned the first shipment I received in the same factory sealed bottle, enclosed with a letter regarding cancellation and a refund for this shipment and they refused to refund only because I did not return it within the trial period. So even though I did not open the product and did return it, they continue to keep money for something I never used and have been very rude, when I have had any means of contact with them. It's really upsetting to know you can't trust anyone through the internet anymore. Or these companies that continue to rip us off. They must have been desperate for the $44.90 they decided to keep. I don't understand how a package with a letter could not have been kept track of.
