Lack of Customer Service Response

My spouse and that I were buying in the Castleton mall in Indiana when our vehicle was shattered into. Long story short we were among 6 to become shattered into in broad daylight that evening. We e mailed the Supervisor about the simon web site detailing the problem and saying we recognize they're not accountable for products in automobiles. We did need to know exactly what the mall was performing to avoid such issues later on. We obtained an automatic reaction the supervisor was from the workplace. Many weeks later we've not obtained just one reaction.

If this is actually the program conventional centers are getting we're better to remain home and store online.
