Need a new store to compete with walmart

I put over 500 dollars on a walmart visa card and my money didnt show up. When i returned to the store everyone act dumb and no one in the main office or managment wanted to help they kept telling me to call an 800 number on the back of the card and complain but i just put the money on the card less than an hour ago and had my receipt. The 800 number charges you 2 dolars to talk to customer service. Called, ofcourse no one speaks clear english. Over a month pass of faxing receipts the same ones and talking to different departments, on hold for 15 mins at a time, over 30 dollars of my existing money on the card mysteriously missing all of a sudden, (i guess the 2 dollar charge, hum). Finally a service rep manager who sounds like shes in the states, worst, an extremely bad, negative, i got my period today additude. She promise a 24 hr return 2 weeks later still no money on the card. Called back they told me to fax in the receipt...
