Com offering FRAUD Loan Modifications Mortgage Refinancing!

Joseph and Peter Tedeschi are at it again"FRAUD" that's right. They were both shut down as Mortgage Brokers and can not get licensing in any State again, for Fraud. Proof: The State of Rhode Island closed down their company Coast to Coast Mortgage and Funding in 2007 for Fraudulent Mortgage Practices. Either brother can never get a Mortgage Brokers License or get Bonded AGAIN! Now they are offering refinance options, loan modifications and foreclosure preventions options. They took my $795.00 to do a refinance on my property. (which they are not licensed to do) Then switched me from refinancing into a loan modification program, but they needed another $395.00 for a total of $1,190.00. After I sent in the additional funds I was contacted by another company called Yesterdays Foreclosures... So how did my file got into their hands? I asked, Mr Tedeschi what was going on and who was this other company. He said he sent my information to this company so they could contact my Mortgage Holder to negotiate a loan modification that would reduce my rate into a fixed rate and reduce my balance down $45,000.00 or more. Sounds great right after months of telephone call and more paper work and up dated paper work I have nothing to show for my money! I demanded a refund! Which his web site states 100% refund guarantee!!! Joseph Tedeschi told me he could not help me I asked to speak to his supervisor or the owner and he said someone would call me back, he was very busy! His brother Peter Tedeschi did speak to me after I called many times and said I was out of luck. I should have checked into this company and the owners Peter and Joseph Tedeschi before I sent a dime to them. I will be getting a Attorney to go after them for my money, they took money with no services rendered period. They are proven frauds and are up to old tricks. Let the people know about them and their companies. I recently was told they are doing this scam nation wide through the internet.
