Billing me for phone service at a prison that i dont know. Dont know anyone in jail

Someone has got my name somehow that was in jail (even mispelled my name) but CBS did not bother to check. Have been billing me for calls made to a discountinued number (once they sent me a list of calls made, both phone numbers were invalid). They have been threatening me with credit reporting agencys if i dont pay this BOGUS 97.34 dollar bill. I have never known anyone in prison, and im 72 wears old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
