Funeral arrangement

I received a foral arrangement that did not match the picture or standard decribed to me on the phone, it also was received a day early, the wrong person got the flowers, the flowers were wilted when I viewed them next day. I have emailed many times, without response other than a 15% discount on my next order, which is not a option.
