Call threatening someone will be at home tomorrow to take me to court

I received a phone call 6/4/09 @ 1:50 P.M. PDT from a foreign man named Michael Stevens saying that I had gotten a loan on-line from Cash Net in 2007 and that I owed $1095 and was being sued and that someone would be at my home on 6/5/09 to take me to court. I asked for the phone # of the company and he gave me 415 223-4104, so that I could call and speak with someone that I could understand and find out what he was talking about and he kept telling me I was interrupting him and I told him I would call the # he had given me so that I didn't have to speak to a foreigner. I called the # given and, of course, the line is busy. Is that happening to other people? Can't we do something about this madness?
