Over billing / bad contract

Verizon over-billed me and that I reduce my support down with-in the right day, I had been problem a totally free modem and that I switched that in. Today verizon wish to cost me 400.00 to get a modem that I return easily don't obtain the advantages bill and that I contact and send the backup however they stated they don't contain it. This occur this past year today plus they are attempting to create my credit poor. I'll visit courtroom before I allow them have their approach. The BBB wouldn't do something to assist me. Verizon is horrible and that I won't suggest them to any. They wireless support is worst than their FIOS, they don't handle their clients reasonable whatsoever.
