Horse buying fraud, stealing horses and jumping state, bogus checks

Bewear of this man, (joe a. Ramone) from kirtland new mexico because he says he is in the horse buying and selling business. He will come to your state and want to buy your horses and give you a check. On april 25th he came to us in payson utah and bought two of my horses; worth $5000.00 each. He promise me that the check was good and to deposit it on april 27th. He called on the 27th and said he would be back in payson utah at the end of the week with cash. He will dodge your calls and messages. We have called the bank and the checking account with, (bank of new mexico) is n.S.F. Or just not enough monies for our checks to clear. He has called us several times and says the money order is in the mail. Now he will not take our calls. We have filed a police report with the payson police department and we will continue to go after this foney man all the way and see him in jail. He comes to az., ut., nm., co., and southern ca. To buy horses, but gives you a foney or a check that has little to no money to cover the sale.in utah that's a fedral crime, (horse robbery)! So do not let this man steal from you. Protect your horses. We have found out that this joe a. Ramone has done this to over a dozen people here in utah county. Bewteen salt lake city and mona utah. So bewear of joe a. Ramone.
