Total Ripoff! Waste of Money! Incompetent Instructors! Nazi Instructors!

I enrolled in Northwest College's program after being told that they teach to the highest industry standards. Unfortunately, this school is very mismanaged and hires instructors who are both incompetent and combative. LAZY would be the most appropriate word to describe the shiftless "2 ton Lulu's" that pretend to teach cosmetology at this establishment. The instructors have no real industry experience and what's worse is that they seem to be completely oblivious to this fact. Aesthetics students are watching youtube videos to learn how to apply make-up. The curriculum appears to be focused on selling the students products via coerced infomercials masquerading as instructional demonstrations. It would appear that if an applicant for cosmetology instructor has less than an obese rating on the BMI (body mass index), then they are disqualified from being hired. What is worse is that the instructor's personality and people skills are even less attractive than their exterior. School administration is focused ONLY on enrollment (translate: sales) and has no desire to fix the problems. Even though they claim to be a PIVOT POINT school, they do not teach the PIVOT POINT METHOD and are not listed with My advice is to save your money and go elsewhere. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EDUCATION AT THIS SCHOOL! The instructors are bullies. Caveat Emptor.
