This company promised a product then delivered it in 9 days and are unavailable for 4 days afterward which doesn't allow you to cancel

I am very disappointed in this companies policies. I recieved the product on the 9th day via ups. I then tried it for one day and decided to cancel. That was on a Friday. They are closed by 5pm so I called on Monday and was kept on hold for 45mins, I called on Tuesday and was kept on hold for 25 mins and because I also work was unable to call back by 5pm. You are unable to leave a voice mail the number just hangs up and says call during business hours... As if someone w/answer and accomodate any request. I then Spoke to Joy who said we do not offer refunds and no one you speak to will give you back your money. I advised her I will be going on the web and advising other unsuspecting people of this scam. My hard earned money spent on a product that kept me sick... What a disappointment
