In february salute discontinued a credit card program and offered me a payoff of $101 a month for 3 months which i paid on time. They now are charging me a late fee on top of the balance which they did not erase making my credit bad. I have called them 4 times concerning this matter and each time they assured me someone from management would contact me because they did see on my account notes that what i am saying is true. To date they have not erased the balance on my accounty
