Scammers most likely

I placed a rental advertisement a month ago for an out of state property.
They called me yesterday but left no voice mail.
Called again today asking questions about my add. Eventually said they were doing a survey for housing prices for military and dependant families. Very quick and slick female.
I gave the addy of my rental; no street mail delivery in that area PO box only so RTS. Then I realized they were asking questions that were clear in the original add. Plus no military facilities within two hours of rental.
They also wanted my personal addy to which I asked what that had to do with survey. At that point the call ended.

In a nutshell something is not right. They may be mining phone numbers from recent advertisements for a marketing scam or for someone to sue. Beware. May be legit but my antenne is up! Will follow up if things progress.

I checked out their website. Cigar smoking dude does not bring forth a lot of confidence in the company.
