Com Credit Card Scam

I signed up for Hound.com free trail for 14 days. During the first 7 days you have to cancel. Within the first day I decided this wasn't for me. Their jobs posted were outdated and there was nothing new on their website that you can not find on careerbuilder or monster. I tried canceling my account through the email that was sent to me, but they said I had to call. I called the next day, after I received the email response and canceled the account.

10 days later (Today), I looked at my bank statement and I have a charge for $29.95 from Hound.com pending. I immediately called to inquire about this. They said that point 5 states that I am signing up for the first month even with the 14 day free trail. This is ridiculous. It stated that I would not be charged unless I wanted to continue the service. The person on the phone was extremely rude and became very angry. He said that they are unable to issue any refunds. I told him that they are lying to their customers and he ended up getting in a heated arguement with me saying that I didnt read the fine print. I have reported them to the BBB and have put a denial through on my credit card, but that may not even work. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Bottom line is this is a scam.
