Ordered FREE Max White tooth whitening and never received it and was never charged the $4.99 shipping fee. Now, I have been charged $78.93 and have received nothing still. When I called 866 922 5222 no one answers the phone. I never saw any where on the internet ad of any cancellation requirements or that there would be a charge of $78.93 at any time.
