Award Claim Notification Letter with a Bogus Check

I too have received a letter with a check for $3,990.00. I have received a letter like this with a check in the past, so this time I did my homework on the internet to find out exactly who they are.

The first thing that got my attention is the check is from a trust company in Los Angeles, CA. The bank is in San Marcus, CA but the postage stamp is from Canada.

These people need to be stopped and the public to be aware.
