Bogus company, scam product, no contact, no refund internet

TVDVDBoxSets.com is a bogus company, operating out of China, but pretending to be consumer friendly and a legitimate U.S.-based online merchant. They advertise legitimate DVD box sets, but then wait awhile to ship merchandise ordered. When it arrives, it's obviously homemade (and non-compliant, i.E., don't work in many U.S. DVD players) DVDs of television shows that the small print on the Web site's "About Us" page says are outside U.S. Copyright laws... That's because they're "outside" the U.S. They promise 100% satisfaciton guarantee (minus shipping); they have a saftely lock, Trusted Site and Secure Seller images all over their ordering pages... But they never return email requests for refunds or complaints. There is no phone number or physical address to trace TVDVDBoxSets.com to (unless, of course, you can decipher the Chinese characters on the packing slip).
