They are charging me 15.00 dollars per month on my American Exprees account for many months

This company has been passing an amount of 15.00 dollar charge to my American Express account for many months. I didn't think much of it at first as it started around christmas time and as I had many charges for gifts, I assumed it was related to this. However I have been unable to contact them and have no idea what the charges are associated with. Today, May 29th I have sent a letter to them asking them to stop these charges and will also instruct American Express to stop accepting the charges.
