Stephen F. Dial - Attorney hired to file Lawsuit in court, did nothing but collect $1,000/month retainer fees sinceJuly08, now claims he was only hired to do LOAN MODIFICATION

I hired Dial back in July under the assurance that they would start litigating my lawsuits (yeah 2) imediately once we retained them. I gave them all the documentation they needed to support the lawsuits called in many times asking what was going on, was never given a straight answer. Then he finaly filed 1 suit in March & now he wants to back out because we won't drop the suit and release all claims known & unknown in exchange for them to foreclose and us to agree to an unlawful detainer. & he won't give back unearned fees.
