Park is not running Background Checks as required - we have 7 sex offenders living within the park right next door to children.

Park is not salting roads during winter - my sister slipped and feel, busting her face on the cement.

Park is not mainting grass. We are required to fertilze our lawns and cut the grass but the own park is not taking care of the empty lots or homes for sale.

Fire Hydrants are not being flushed by the park. A couple months back there was a fire and the fireman tried to use 5 different fire hydrants before one worked.

About a month ago the inside pool was drained and refinished. The park dumped the water and chemicals into the creek killing many animals/creatures living within it.

Teenagers are smoking at the club house right outside the office doors.

The park offers various incentive to move in... including to help sell your home when ready to leave. But once your house goes up for sale they do not show it nor do they post in right away. The sales people drag their feet and push only the new homes. We have about 10-20 new residents every month.

Hometown America trailers are being sold over and above fair market value.
