My wife fell for this — telephone solicitation with a complicated payment plan, where you're not quick enough with the math to realize that you are paying 500% to 600% of product value.

Then, they send you an agreement with a certain sum to be taken out monthly "on or around day 25 of each consecutive month, " but you check your statement and find out they are taking out payments much more frequently — in May, they took out three payments from our checking account, between May 1-20 — less than a three week period.
