Stocking dept - J.C. Penny Sheer Support Stockings

I need to comment on the quality of the JCPenny "Sheer Support" Stockings. I have been wearing them successfully for over 30 years. I love the colors and the sheer support that they give, as I am a retired Cashier and STILL purchase these stockings. However, the last few times that I have purchased them, they TEAR almost BEFORE you can get them on.

Need to speak on this. Over the years, I have recommended these stockings to others. The quality does not seem to be as good. Please advise.
