Compression Etc
Charged me and the insurance for the product. Over charged me $241.58

I purchased three pairs of medical stockings from Compression Etc. One pair on 8/04/08 and 2 pair on 8/08/08. Compression Etc. Told me I had to pay up front for the stockings. I did and the insurance company stated that they over charged me $241.58 because I only owed $41.40 as my share of the bill, my insurance paid the rest of the allowable portion. I have been in touch with them and trying to recieve a refund for the $241.58 but with no luck. I have called the insurance company and put in a Fraud investigation over the phone, and had them send Compression / Etc. A letter stating what they had told me, which I have a copy of the letter dated Aug 29th. I even went to my credit card company hoping they could reverse the charges, and they couldn't help me either. I have e-mailed the BBB as of today, 11/21/08, and am hoping they can help.
