We recently go to the SilverLeaf Resort in Conroe for a assembly and we weren't handled as homeowners but as criminals. The client support is non existent amongst their workers. We were screamed at and handled rudely by introduction team. We talked using the supervisor about it, but didn't obtain a great experience about it.

We later talked having a salesrep and informed her concerning the form within the areas, the previous furniture, the stained rugs, and oily coffeemakers. They attempted to market us an update but we refused. The supervisor in the "Corporate Office" arrived directly into offer us a "better package" but we refused the present. We informed him concerning the sub par problems and non existent customer support abilities but he was unphased. He requested us if we're able to create the cash present better, might we purchase. We informed him this organization lacked management and business ethics. We were embarrassed to become named homeowners and before business created substantial modifications we'd not place anymore cash into this business. The Organization individual was unphased and extended to provide us a "better offer". This demonstrates that SilverLeaf isn't worried about its homeowners simply the cash it may get.
