Awful and Disturbing

I tried working with Jose and his manager John (something). Jose was fantastic. John, on the other hand, was one of the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever dealt with in the car industry or in ANY sales position. He explained to me how lucky I was that he spent time with me, and that anyone else would have not wasted their time with me. He swore/cursed at me during conversation, not taking into regard whether I would or would not be offended. When I explained that I met with salespeople at Bill Luke and wanted to see if he had anything in stock to match - and that I had $4000 to put down. He did not give me the chance to talk and explain myself. He lectured me on how long he was in the business and all he needed was a calculator to figure out how the world works. He also explained that he knows how every bank in car finance works and what they offer. He told me to go back to Bill Luke, and he was not interested in my business. Keep in mind, I only have a 2003 BMW M3 to trade in and a combined income of $XXX, 000 to offer. I am happy to give their neighbors my business. Also, when I asked to talked to John's manager because he was so rude, he explained that he has no manager and the location was his. Unreal and little wonder as to why people don't buy Chrysler.in my opinion John should be fired, soon.
