Am very angry... how dare send me a debit cartd i did not asked for? No idea! No idea where this card comes from

I called th enumber provided and I had a very hard time getting a LIVE person on the other line... Fiinally I got a Philipino accent voice that after I asked him for his name several times he said his name was: RUSTY... I Mad ehim spell his name R U S T Y... RUSTY as in RUSTY NAILS.
Well hereis the thing., I have no idea HOW I got this DEBIT CARD from NETSPEND.com issued to my maiden name... It could have been they got my maiden name from my YAHOO mail account that is under SERRANO which is my maiden name... Which has not been used unless it ias to pay for my VERIZON LAND LINE that is the only way they might have gotten in touch with data NOBODY COULD KNOW since I have not been a SERRANO for almost 35 years... Remember I took my ex name and I still use it for documents, work etc.
This RUSTY persoon INSISTED in askingme for my LEGAL NAME... I said NO NO NO NO NO!
Just remove me from your list and cancel that debit card right now!
He kept on asking me for my legal name... Over & over... I told this rusty guy... I will report you and i will report:

you will be on line as a fraud!!!
How dare you ask me for my legal business name???!!!
Besides the point is that SERRANO was a CHANGED name from my father's famly name which was originally: Du MOND from Souhern France until my great grandfather got married and had my grand - papa in Cuba where our family live duntil Castro came into power and we had to live.

Seems very shady and somehow i think this is not right to send an unwanted... Approved debit card to someone's house... What if i was away and someone took my mail would call in from a and activate this card with a name that is a code bame only!!!
I am so mad you have no idea... How dare these credit cards are getting!!!
