I got a notice to pay for a subscription that I did not intend to renew. I did not send any renewal information to Prevention Magazine. Now I am being dunned to pay. I tried calling Prevention Magazine only to get a message saying that the volume of calls is high right now and call back later. Then they hang up.

This are poor practices.
