Yellow/green spots on ceiling

This-not a criticism. I simply need suggest since the roof on my bathfitter keeps growing a greenish, yellow movie about the roof of my new bathfitter. I'd prefer to understand what might trigger this, and just how I will avoid it later on. I have to understand how to eliminate it without damaging the layer about the roof. Please reply asap. I actually donot need more of the subtance occurring.
