Makes Big Promises and Falls Short of All

If you are thinking of hiring this law firm, don't do it. They will promise the moon but fall short on all counts. The staff in the office are very poorly trained or else just don't give a hoot. They will not return phone calls. The only call I have ever received was the one setting up my original appointment. After that, no such luck.

I have tried repeatedly to get someone in the office to inform me as to what is going on with my petition. No such luck. I have been advised by the Trustee's office to file a complaint with the State Bar, which I intend to do. Hope you have better luck with you case and if you read this before hand, run!!!
