I just saw the site advertised. I put in my name and information thinking this was their security in case I did decide to bid or join. Nowhere did I see that I was agreeing to join or to any charges. I did not browse the sight after I saw the email that said I had been charged $99.00 and never placed a bid on an item or even browsed the site. I certainly didn't plan on joining anything, especially something that cost $99. I sent them an email twice with no response and have tried to call repeatedly with no luck. Apparently this company cannot be contacted but they certainly can charge you, in my opinion, without stating what they are doing. I am at a loss. The only other way that I know is to contact the State Attorney General's Office. To have had so many endorsements, this company does not practice good business. If anyone has any luck in receiving a refund, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions.
