Dont fall for it!!!

I went to the presentation with my husband and we were impressed. They talked us into buying a package and canceling our other vacation we had already payed for. Now I have to tell my little girls no trip this year because of all the trouble I have had with this company. Like others I couldn't cancel because we didn't recieve anything in the mail or by email. The lady who called to comfirm after the 72 hours of course was rude.

There is no way after everything that went wrong do to trying to cancel our other trip to purchase this one that our account got screwed up even through Global said they would fix it. Now there phone number is disconected and we still have recieved nothing. I'm out $2500.00 and no family trip for mine, and my 3 year olds birthday.
