Fees charged from another country In An Unknown Country

I just spoke to my Bank. I was told that some of the transaction fees indicate a foreign entity doing some of the billing.

Now way to get those people to give you your money back.
Be sure to read the fine print at the bottom of the page, otherwise you'll be having the same problems, spending time trying to undo the problem. I had to cancel my Debit card.
