I read the fine print after ordering the starter kit that said just pay 9.99 for s&h and called immediately before they even shipped the product. I asked to cancel because I read the fine print that is located in the terms and conditions at very bottom of page and said I would be billed 99$ and the 79$ plus s&h so I asked to cancel and it took me 20 minutes on the phone talking to someone I could barely understand and had to literally tell the person 9 times I wanted to cancel due to very bad reviews and the fact that I didn't know I would be charged all that money just to try something. The person I spoke with tried his hardest to keep me from canceling. He kept offering me lower prices and even his employee discount he started at 99$ and ended up at 19.99$ and I had to tell him after repeating the same thing over nine times only with a different price each time, that I 100% wanted to cancel. Hopefully I only got taken for 9.99$ instead of hundreds like everyone else. I will post and let you all know what happens. That's the last time I order something without reading a review first or reading the fine print
