Good job - customer service

I would like to say good job to cvs for the manager and also the shift manager of the virginia ave store in bristol tennessee. These men went out of their way to try and help me resolve an issue with a pre paid virgin mobile cell phone card. I appreciate all they did to try and resolve this issue. If more companies hired men like these the retail business would be a much better experience for us all. Thanks guys i appreciate you.
