Cashed a $37.00 personal check and did not send a credit card to honor transaction

We recieved a letter in the mail offering a $10,000.00 credit limit from a third party credit company on a personal credit card for a $37.00 check paid in full to Union Workers Credit Services! This transaction was to be fully refundable if not satisfied! We sent a personal check on 12/17/07 and show it being cashed on 12/21/07! We have not recieved any information or credit card as of 01/15/08! We would like contact or refund as soon as possible!
