My name is Eny Hanson and I am begging for your help. For over six months I am trying a workable solution or a loan modification within Citimortgage but no one wants to help me, they don't even answer my phone calls/emails. Then after tons of phone calls they sent me a letter cutting on half my loan but after 6 months I had to pay over $30,000 dollars, which I do not have, and they know that.in my opinion they are pushing me into a foreclosure, there for trying to rip me off. Please find a copy of the letter that I sent to them with all my financial information. Thank or your time.

To Vikram Pandit, CEO of Citigroup
Dear Sr.
I am not able to keep my mortgage payment on time because I am having problems with my tenants. Last year I had to send one of them to court. Please see documentations attached. He signed the lease on June, paid the month of July plus deposit and just disappears. I got stuck with all debts, including his utilities bills.
Before this incident I was ok. I called him thousand times with no answers. Finally I decided to take the case to Court, in order to be able to re-rent the apartment, because I knew I couldn't no longer pay the mortgage with my savings.
In December when the Court process was finalized I rented the place but I could not catch-up with my debts, since I have to pay my own rent. The reason why I am submitting this financial statement is because I don't want to get into this situation again.instead I am asking for a mortgage refinancing and/or a good reduction of my monthly payment. And to help me catch-up my breath I would I hope that you can help me in this matter and understand my situation, specially these days, when even rich people and big Corporations are in need of support and consideration.
