Paraphernalia Vanda Noronha
No delivery & no response so far Lisbon

I am a returning customer of Paraphernalia
I own a shop in Ghent, Belgium - where her line of jewelry was very popular. Vanda's not quite the most organised of suppliers i've worked with - but certainly sympathetic and willing to work on a problem/special request.

I ordered a new batch of paraphernalia jewelry on march 5th and payed directly through paypal - including a personal email to vanda - to see how she and her business was doing etc etc neither mail sollicited a response from her - but i didn't think anything of it other than that she must be busy.

A month later there was still no sign of the package - so i wrote her a mail stating that i hadn't received the package yet and that i knew how slow postal services (especially portugal, spain, italy etc) can be and that i guess i had to be more patient no response - this ticked me off a bit

And then another through her site a few weeks later - that i was concerned and if she would please contact me -and another through personal mail etc etc no response

Then i got quite mad and decided to be nasty and post a few not-so-nice comments on her blog/twitter/flickr etc etc - when it hit me: there has been no activity on either of these fora since february 18th.

This got me worried again.

I filed complaint and filed a claim through paypal to get my money back.
It's late - i payed on march 5th but am hoping it'll get retributed.

Maybe she's being very nasty not responding
maybe she's taken the money (whooo can't have been that much?) and ran maybe she's missing or has been in an accident

Anyway: don't order Paraphernalia!
