Charged Credit Card without permission

I agreed to pay 2.95 for shipping and handling and they charged my credit card 69.21 and when i called they said they would cancel my account and told me they had to listen to the actual call to see if there were any discrepencies and it takes up to 48 hours well 48 hours has come and gone several times and still no email from this bogus company, when i call back they tell me my claim was just submitted the day before, how could this be i have called several times and they say the same thing, they employees are rude and will hang up on u very quick. I told one employee that there company was a fraud and she replied " at least we are legit". So i am inclined to believe that the employees are aware of whats going on and thats makes it even worse, I felt like they just took my money and dared me to do something about it, well i am not the one my money is precious to me and i am totally pissed.
