We stand by our demands and representation of the facts.

Ms Laudati canceled the product within the terms and conditions guidelines and before the end of fifteen day trial period.instead of stopping the charge of $87.13 FWM initiated before the expiration of the fifteen day trial, FMW processed the payment anyway and deducted
it from Ms Laudati's account on May 12, five days after Ms Laudati canceled on May 7th.

No refund or any other additional payments have been received by Ms Laudati relative to FWM order/item # 5137329 which is listed as a refund processed on May 7. Ms Laudati and myself have had at least six different representations by FWM that the refund had been
processed on different days and times all resulting in nothing.

Ms Laudati continues to be damaged by FWM. FWM Laboratories has had more than sufficient time to deliver a refund and compensation and continues not to do so. FMW should not have initiated the processing
of the $87.13 fee before the trial period ended. FWM flagrantly disregarded Ms Laudati's canceling of the order on May 7 and took the money anyway.

$873.74 plus legal fees is the current total for settlement of Ms Laudati's action and claim against FWM Laboratories.

(It is time time that consumers take action against companies that try to take advantage of them. File a complaint with the Attorne General's Office in Florida and one with the Better Business Bureau. I am personally fed up with being ripped off by companies who just make money from the hard working public and give them useless product and won't refund them, continually bill their cards and tell you that a refund is forthcoming which appears to get lost in cyberspace.) If we all took action we wouldn't have to complain.
