Deceptive and unrealistic to deal with

I had ordered this product from an online site on 4/1/09 that stated we could receive a free trial bottle and all we had to do was pay shipping in handling for $3.50 and i t said my product would be delivered on 4/4/09 I did not receive my product until 4/12/09 and then was charged $87.13 on 4/16/09 because I did not cancel my order with in the 15 day trial period. I had contacted this company by phone and was hung up on twice and the third time they stated they would have the refund dept. Contact me. I then researched the company on the internet and found 100's of people with the same compliant and problems. We as Americans are being scammed and it is not right. I would like to have a refund and join a class action suit against these companies and make sure this does not happen in the future.
