Sent me a second shipment after 3 months and charged to my credit card&$135.00

Three months after I placed an order for a diet aid the company sent me a duplicate order and charged my same credit card $135.By the time I opened it the 2 week deadline that they proclaimed must be met to get a refund had passed. (I only had it in my posession for about a week.) When I tried to call the phone number on the shipping sheet I was told there were 23 people on hold ahead of me! My credit card company said I should have mailed it back unopened.
