Unlawfold charges to my bank account

I notice that a company name AP9HEALTHPLAN have been charging my bank account 19.95 a month. I have never heard or call this company. I decide to call the number that shows in my bank statement and I advice this company to stop charging my account. They told me that this will stop. For my surprice they did it again this month. Can I sue this company?
